If you want a lighter blade that is friendly on the wrist and is fast and precise with the dicing, chopping and mincing, buy the gourmet knife.
The classic knives are heavier, sharper and safer to use than the gourmet.

Having used both knives, I would suggest them to you because they are the best out there.
